A renovated beachfront retreat on Jefferson Lane

Tucked away on Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach, The Beach House by Sandbox is a beautifully renovated absolute beachfront retreat designed for relaxed Gold Coast living. With direct access to the sand, sweeping ocean views and a warm coastal style with rustic South American influences, it offers a private escape just moments from some of the southern Gold Coast's best beaches, cafés and attractions.

The renovation was a major project and took a year to complete. Every room was rebuilt around the view: multiple beachfront balconies, a gourmet kitchen that opens to the terrace, an internal lift between the levels, and a firepit on the lawn where the sand begins.

Whether you're here to swim, surf, explore or simply slow down by the ocean, the house was built for long, unhurried stays.

Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms, sleeping eight

Three bedrooms sit on level one, one storey above the beach, and a fourth queen bedroom is on the ground floor at beach level with its own adjacent shower room. Wide, gentle stairs connect them, and an internal lift runs all three floors from the basement garage up, available on request. Exact bedding configuration is confirmed with your booking.

The Neighbourhood

Palm Beach, the quiet end of the Gold Coast

Palm Beach is the southern Gold Coast at its most liveable: a long uncrowded stretch of sand, a surf club 150 metres along the beach with patrolled flags for safe swimming and a deck for drinks and dinner, and a precinct two minutes up the road with everything you could need — a Coles supermarket, chemist and doctors, gyms, hairdressers, bakeries, cafés, wine bars and restaurants that locals actually eat at.

Everything sits within a short drive. Tallebudgera Creek is minutes north, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is around the corner, Coolangatta is minutes south, and Burleigh Heads is close enough for a morning walk over the headland.
